The Louisiana Center for Bleeding and Clotting Disorders is the only federally designated Hemophilia Treatment Center (HTC) for adults and children in Louisiana and the Gulf South. Located within the Tulane University School of Medicine, we hold clinics at University Medical Center – New Orleans, Lakeside – Metairie, Villas at Angel Point – Lafayette, and Alexandria, Louisiana.
