Erin Kavanagh joined the Louisiana Center for Bleeding and clotting Disorders in October 2018 after working in human resources and office management in a variety of industry sectors including energy, restaurants, elementary education, and nonprofit organizations. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of South Alabama in December 1992 and Master of Business from Loyola University New Orleans in June 1996. She lives in New Orleans with her husband, children and family dog, Louie.
