Dr. Amina Rafique specializes in pediatric hematology/oncology and serves as Assistant Professor of Pediatric hematology/oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant at Tulane University School of Medicine. After earning her medical degree from King Edward Medical University, she completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital of the University of Illinois. She then completed a fellowship in pediatric hematology/oncology at the University of Illinois, Rush Children’s Hospital, and Stroger Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. She went on to complete another fellowship in Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in Hematology-Oncology.
