Ashley joined the LCBCD in 2021 as our Patient Access Representative. She began her career in customer service in 2011. She joined the Tulane Transplant Institute in 2017, and during her time there she was a part of the restructuring team in the Hepatology Department. In her current position as a Patient Access Representative, she registers our patients for appointments, routes clinic phone calls, and performs patient insurance verification. Ashley received her associate’s degree in IT from LSU and plans to obtain her bachelor’s degree. She is a mother of 2 and in her spare time enjoys baking and crafting.
