Social Worker Manager – Hemophilia

Constance “Connie” Thibodeaux is a licensed clinical social worker and board approved clinical supervisor. She began her social worker career in 1992, and has been working on the multidisciplinary team at LCBCD since 2014. Connie has presented at the National Hemophilia Foundation’s (NHF) Annual Meeting and Inhibitor Summits, as well as the vWD von Willebrand Connect Summit in both the Teen and Adult Educational Track on the challenges and resiliency of people living with bleeding disorders. She served on the Social Work Working Group for NHF for 4 years and is currently on the NHF Pain Initiative Committee, and worked on the NHF project defining the “Gold Standard of Care for Hemophilia Treatment Centers”.
